Do truckers still use CB Radios?

Hardly hear them these days. Has technology (GPS, live traffic, etc.) made CB radio for truckers a waste of time?

Quite possibly. I still hear a few on my travels. I do remember there being a dedicated channel where I lived where you told truckers to go when they were asking for directions. No need now I suppose with GPS and smartphones.
